Open plan with the living room, the dining area is good for formal meals. The patio door opens on to the covered patio area (lanai).

This bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and has a door out to the swimming pool so there is no need to drip through the house to get changed after swimming.

South facing Outside area
Our outside area has a south facing pool. The pool is not overlooked due to being surrounded by a 6 foot high wooden privacy fence. There is a free standing hot tub. The pool deck is large so there is plenty of space for sitting out in the sun but there is also a covered lanai for sitting outside during any rain or dining al fresco.
