A non-refundable booking deposit of £100.00 per week is required at the time of reservation to hold your dates. Remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

A refundable security/damage deposit of £250.00 will be added to the cost of the villa rental and is held against any damages incurred during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made, you will be notified in writing, otherwise the deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure.

Great communication from Tami when booking and my numerous questions. We were given all the necessary arrival information well in advance and was able to access the villa with no problems. The villa itself is in a lovely quiet mainly residential location overlooking a small lake which was great for observing the birds in the morning whilst enjoying a cup of tea. The villa is nicely set out with two en-suite double rooms at the rear overlooking the pool and the two twin bedrooms at the front sharing a family bathroom. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. There is a safe in the villa however there is a separate charge for the use of this which I felt was unnecessary. The villa is minutes from both the I4 and the 192 so access to the parks is only about 15 mins. There is a Publix supermarket moments away along with a few small shops including McDonald’s, dunkin donuts and Pizza Hut. We had a fantastic time here and would recommend this villa. We are hoping to go back soon and will definately look to book here again. Thank you

Great villa, great location, great holiday! Brian was very helpful and lovely to deal with leading up to our holiday and during it. The management agents were great too. The peace and quiet of the villa is primarily why we chose it for our holiday, we made the right choice.

Are there any additional fees?

The only additional fee would be if you require the pool heater turned on during your stay. Our price includes the cleaning charge. Because the villa is located in the state of Florida, our prices already include the 7% state tax and the 5% local county tax.


Is there a security/damage deposit?

A refundable security/damage deposit of £250.00 will be added to the cost of the villa rental and is held against damages incurred during the rental period. If no damages are incurred, your deposit is refunded to you within 10 days of check-out.


Is the property management nearby?

Yes! Our villa is managed by our local family members who reside nearby the community. Should you require assistance with anything at the villa during your stay, your call will be answered and responded to quickly and efficiently.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably, and enjoys a bright, spacious open plan living area (sitting and dining areas) with high vaulted ceilings. 37" LCD Cable television. High speed internet is available free of charge.
Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has a full-size stove with oven, microwave, dish washer, and a large fridge/freezer with ice making machine. There is also a coffee maker and a food processor. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a long breakfast bar. There is also a concealed utility area with a clothes washer and tumble dryer.
Dining Area
You can eat at the formal dining table which looks out to the pool deck and the pond beyond, or maybe have a snack at the breakfast bar. Alternatively, it's always nice to eat outdoors overlooking the pond. The choice is yours.

Pool Deck
The pool deck is south facing and therefore has many hours of sun. A solar pool blanket makes sure you get the most out of the pool heat in cooler months. The blanket is kept on a reel for easy use. Our pool features a handrail for added safety when entering or exiting the water.

There are quality chairs, recliners and loungers to ensure your comfort when relaxing. A pool safety fence is provided for the safety of young children when needed. The pool looks over the pond, ensuring your privacy.
