After waiting three years for this holiday the wait was worth it, the villa is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The pool is large and heated. Located well for shops and restaurants and not too far from all the theme parks. Great to have the BBQ to use, very much a home from home. We would highly recommend this villa, and Alan & Ann were very helpful with any queries. Thank you for a great stay.

Information and instructions in advance were very clear and helpful. The villa was clean, well presented and well maintained. The pool was lovely - we have holidayed in Florida villas before at this time of year and this is the first time the pool has been at a good temperature. Happy taking our two year old grandson into the water to play. The facilities were good, and although we never cooked or ate in, plenty of dishes utensils etc. Very good communications with the owners, who are experienced and very nice. Would highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely super time in Orlando and looking at the weather here, wish we were right back there! Our two weeks went by far too quickly! ( I could have spent another week in the Florida Mall alone!). The villa was perfect for our needs and we will certainly recommend it to friends and family. We really liked the location - the fact that it was not overlooked and so quiet. Many of the other villas we saw were close to the freeway and had other villas close to them. Your lakeside location meant we were entertained by the local wildlife and have some lovely photos of a family of herons. We thought the villa was very good value for money and what really swung it for us when we were booking, was the free pool heating. So many of the other villas we looked at, charged another £70-£100 per week, for heat between Oct and Jan. I was surprised at how lovely and warm the pool was - it was a real pleasure to use it and it is bigger than the average villa pool - another plus point! Our son Max (6 and a half) thoroughly enjoyed the pool toys and games in the garage. I think he would have cheerfully spent 2 weeks at the house, never mind going to all the theme parks! We hope to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa, it was clean, well maintained and in a really peaceful location. As you are probably aware we had a problem with the fridge freezer which your amazing management company had rectified within a few hours !!
We have stayed in Florida many times and can safely say your pool was the best (and warmest) we have ever had.
We will certainly have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

We had such a wonderful time at your home. In fact, it was like a home away from home and we could not have been happier. The commute to Disney was so easy, making your home a great location to all the theme parks. The kids enjoyed the pool and the home is furnished with everything that you could need. You weren't kidding when you say "just bring yourselves and your clothes." Thank you for everything and thank you for making your home available for families to enjoy with all the comforts of home and most importantly the memories that we have. Thanks for the rental of your villa, it was superb. It was in a perfect location and was like a home from home, with everything we needed for our holiday. The villa was very comfortable, pool was fantastic. When we come back to Florida next time we will definitely be in touch, your villa was without a doubt the best one we've had and we've been holidaying in Florida for quite a few years now.

Our visit to your villa turned out to be better than we expected. You are fortunate to own such a lovely place in central Florida. Upon arrival, we found everything very clean and orderly. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The pool was clean and warm.

just to let you know that we had a great time in Florida and really enjoyed our stay at your lovely home.
We found the location a perfect base for touring around and of course 'escaping' from the theme parks !
It was nice, having arrived late, to find bread and juice etc. in the fridge for the following mornings breakfast.
We found the pool terrific - plenty of reading material and cd's for lazy times at poolside.
A real 'home from home' with everything necessary to make a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We would be very happy to recommend your home to family and friends.

There's afirst time for everything.
As you know we were unable to travel to Florida but my Son and his family were delighted with their first experiance in the USA. They have taken lots of photos and videos so we will be able to see your lovely villa after all.
From what we have been told we will certainly be in touch again next time we need accommodation in Orlando and also pass on the information.

Are All Taxes included in the cost?
Yes, all our prices are quoted including all local tax.
Are there any additional charges
None apart from a refundable Security Deposit no other charges are made.
How much is the Security Deposit
A fully refundable security bond of £200 (US $300) is required when final payment is made. This will be refunded once we have clearance from our management company in the US usually ten to fourteen days after your departure from the villa.
Is the pool heated
The pool is solar heated along with an electric heater for those winter months, at no extra cost.
How do I make a booking
Telephone or E mail to confirm the dates required. The villa will be reserved once we are in reciept of a signed complete booking form along with the deposit of $150 / £100 per week this is a non refundable booking deposit.
Do you accept any major credit cards
You can pay on line via paypal
When is Final Balance due
The final balance is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.
