Doral Woods Secluded Florida Villa

All bookings must be made in writing and on the understanding, that you accept the following Terms & Conditions will be strictly enforced.

A provisional booking may be made by telephone or e-mail and confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking detail form and the relevant deposit payment.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% is required to confirm your required dates. Bookings will be acknowledged by e-mail and confirmed in writing within 7 days. The only exception is that, should travel to Florida not be permitted because of Covid-19 Travel ban or Lockdown, the deposit paid will be refunded as a gesture of goodwill.

When you pay the outstanding balance, you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £100. This deposit will be refunded to you as soon as possible after checkout, less the cost of any extraordinary damage, un-authorised use of facilities or excess cleaning requirement caused during the period of hire, in accordance with the property managers report. Access to the property will not be provided until full payment has been made.

Approximately fifteen weeks prior to your departure, an invoice will be sent to you requesting the balance due. The amount due to be paid no later than Fourteen Weeks prior to the reserved date. If payment has not been received by that time, I reserve the right to cancel your booking. Monies already paid will not be refunded.

In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
14 weeks prior - full Rental Charge/ no refund
Up to 10 weeks prior - full Rental Charge/ no refund

Please ensure you take out adequate travel insurance.
Cancellation must be made in writing.

6. IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE HEAD OF THE PARTY AND ALL MEMBERS OF HIS/HER PARTY ARE COVERED BY ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THIS MUST COVER THE COST OF THIS ACCOMMODATION SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON. Neither the owner of the property nor servants nor agents will be liable for loss or damage arising in connection with any matter outside of our reasonable control; The following list is not exhaustive but includes: Acts of God; Epidemics; Pandemics; Strikes; Riots/Political Unrest; War; Industrial Disputes; Failure of Public Services. Furthermore, neither the owner nor servants nor agents will accept liability for any injury howsoever caused to the client, any member of his/her party, or visitor to the property as a result of the negligent use of the pool, hot tub, and the property in general. YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN IN AND AROUND THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES.

7. You may gain access to the property after 4.00 p.m. upon arrival and on the date of departure you must vacate the home by 10.00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged and agreed.

7a. If any guest is required to isolate in respect of Covid-19 or any other illness/epidemic/pandemic, during their stay at Doral Woods Secluded Florida Villa, the owner, and Management agent must be informed immediately. Extended time at the villa cannot be guaranteed for self-quarantine. If the availability does exist, an extended stay may be arranged at a pro-rata rate, payable locally via my management company. If you are strictly not permitted by relevant authorities to leave the villa, you will be required to compensate incoming guests for their alternative accommodation costs.

8. Doral Woods Secluded Florida Villa is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests plus 1 baby. License number DWE 5917950. Only those persons named on the booking details form are authorized to use the property. The Management Company reserve the right to eject any persons not authorized, and therefore not insured, to stay in the home. The front, front sides of the property and side pool heating equipment are monitored by security cameras.

We regret, no pets are allowed unless agreed in writing, beforehand with the owner.

Guests are kindly and respectfully requested to refrain from smoking and vaping indoors.

Parties and group gatherings at Doral Woods Secluded Florida Villa are strictly forbidden. Any reported evidence of such will immediately be reported to the Sheriff for investigation. Legal action will be taken to recover the cost of any damage caused. Doral Woods owners are part of a neighborhood watch scheme and will report excess vehicle parking at any vacation home.

I confirm that I have read, understand and accept, the terms & conditions set out in this document regarding my rental booking of Doral Woods Secluded Florida Villa. I will ensure that all members of my party behave in a considerate and respectful manner during the occupation of this vacation home.

All guests will be required to complete a booking form.
