Our home comes with its own private pool and spa, as well as five spacious bedrooms, a large family room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a professionally fitted games room!
Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious, gated community located just 3 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort Maingate. Surrounded by luscious conservation, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once you pass through the security gate, you’ll feel as if you have entered a special preserve … a personal, tropical paradise. Homeowners and guests alike can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort.
Guests who stay at Emerald Island Resort will have unrestricted access to all the community facilities. Located less than 3 miles from the Disney theme parks including Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney and one mile from Highway 192 West which has an abundance of shops, restaurants and more. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are within a 25 minute drive as well as Sea World.
Shopping malls such as the Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia and the Premier Outlets are also a short drive from Emerald Island. Interstate 4 is less than 2 miles away at junction 64 which allows an easy access route to the Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast beaches. The Convention Centre on International Drive is about a 15 minute drive.
