Fantastic villa on beautiful gated Resort.

I was so happy that my sister chose this house! Very clean, well maintained and modern furnishings. A real heaven... We really liked the quiet surroundings and the lovely private pool, the kids loved it! The kitchen was well equipped ( we like to cook) and all the bedroom were really spacious. We asked the management company for restaurant suggestions and they were very helpful... Overall a great experience.. We would recommend it to any of our friends and would definitely come back. My husband loves golf and there was plenty of golf options around the house... including great ''specials''... There was also the best outlets only 10 mins for the house... Great shopping and savings...!! Thanks to you Stephen and Johanna who were were fantastic in communicating with us. We were apprehensive about booking online as we had never booked this way before but they were very patient and reassuring with us.(thank you both) We received our deposit back within 24 hrs return. I would highly recommend this villa.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this villa. This was one of three rentals we had and this was the best one overall. My husband, son and nephew really enjoyed the lake behind the house. They did a lot of fishing and relaxing by the lake. The house was fully equipped with all the necessities needed for our stay. There was plenty of room to accommodate my family and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Will book argain, higly recommended

About Stunning Villa with private pool. Near to Disney (Ref 80)

The villa is located at Eagle Pointe a warm and family-friendly residential vacation home community located south of Orlando, just off US 192, the major highway that leads directly to Disney!

The lounge provides formal dining for 6 guests along with comfy sofas, wall mounted 40" cable TV with multiple channels, DVD and video players, stereo music centre plus a library of DVD's, CD's, videos and books.

An open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped for your use with oven, hob, fridge/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, waste-disposal, washer and dryer. Everything and chef would need.

Your first master bedroom features a King sized suite with cable TV, en-suite bathroom, twin vanity unit, tub, shower and pool access.

The second master bedroom features a Queen sized suite with cable TV, en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity unit and pool access.

The third bedroom has twin beds,cable TV and an adjacent bathroom with shower tub and vanity unit.

Outside we have a private pool with an extended pool deck and with chairs and sun loungers for your use. Free use of the Weber Gas BBQ, great for lunch or dinner on the extended pool deckand faces the conservation area, to add additional privacy.

A large sundeck and pool area offers you privacy whilst the covered lanai provides shade for your outside dining. The large private pool with lighting can be heated during winter months and luxury pool furniture invites total relaxation.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
