Welcome to our villa located in the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Our luxury villa sleeps 12 people it has 6 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms, a large 30FT South-West Facing Pool and Spa, which overlooks a fabulous lake. Brown's Villa has everything you need for a home away from home stay.
There is Three Bedrooms on the ground floor and Three on the first floor.
I give 10% discount to all stays 21 nights or over.
Price starts from £1195 to £1395 a week 2024. Pool/Spa heat is extra at a cost of £110 a week
There is an extra £200 Refundable security to be added to all bookings.

There is a hard wired Pool Alarm to keep kids safe from going outside to the pool area and a pool safety fence.
There is 5 Sun loungers and 8 sun chairs so plenty of comfort to enjoy sitting in the Sun

The lovely air conditioned villa is very spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was used every day so it was well worth paying to have it heated. Towels and floats were on site. The games room was a bonus.
The location is convenient for the Disney parks and shops and restaurants.
Brenda was easy to contact. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Review I can honestly say that this has been a perfect villa and location for our holiday this year.In total 11 people stayed in this villa (6 adults & 5 teens) and it was more than we expected.The villa is extremely well equipped with all the mod cons you could think of,it is very well presented and maintained beautifully.The pool was a big hit with everyone,giving your body a chance to cool off and unwind. We found that the location was ideal for getting to Disney,Universal & Seaworld,easily reached within 20 minutes (I4 traffic permitting). The owner Brenda is most helpful,always easy to get hold of and answered any questions we had. All 3 families staying at this villa felt right at home and did not want to leave (it feels like a real home from home),a credit to you Brenda Many thanks

Review Just come back from two fantastic weeks in this lovely villa. The location is beautiful over looking the lake and ideally situated for getting the sun from around 10 until sunset.The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was so relaxing just sitting by the lovely pool chilling out, having a meal, or a drink and a book and just jumping in when you wanted to cool down a bit. There was 9 of us, 8 adults 1 child and we all had plenty of room. All the bedrooms were lovely and roomy and very comfortable. We were just the right distance from all the attractions and you could find anything you wanted to eat 10 minutes down the road. Brenda gave us all the info we needed before we left and was always on hand if we had any queries, so all the arrangements went really smoothly. We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa and would recomend it to anyone. We would love to go back.

About Brown's Villa

Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community, conveniently located four miles down Poinciana Boulevard from Highway 192 in Kissimmee, approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort. There is a 24 hour Wal-Mart located on Highway 192 within five minutes drive. In addition, there are several supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants nearby.

Cumbrian Lakes is set in a conservation area with lovely lakes and nice views and is a haven for wildlife. The homes are beautifully landscaped and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes. A children's play area is also provided. The community provides a safe, quiet location in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks.
