Thank you for taking the time to view and enquiry about our fantastic Davenport Vacation Rental Villa by Disney, Florida.
The villa is located near Disney and sleeps up to 16 guests, it has a total of 6 bedrooms but 4 have US Kingsize beds, 3 of them are master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a private southwest facing 30ft pool, spa, gardens, 60" TV in the living room, 42' LED TV'S in the King master bedrooms and 32' LED TV'S in all the other bedrooms, free FOIS Wifi, premium cable TV package and many more extra's. This is just a few of the amenities you get in the villa.

The villa has been remodelled, refurbished and upgraded to the highest standard. There are leather sofa's in the living room, bar stools at the breakfast bar, a large high top table and 6 chairs in the dining room, new modern wall art in most rooms and area's of the villa, the bedrooms have had new furniture, beds, luxury pillow top mattresses, comforters and egyption 600 thread count linens on all beds.
The pool decking has been repainted and we have added Palm Casual's pool furniture which include sunbeds and pads, reclining chairs and foot stools, a table and chairs.
This magnificent 6 bed, 4 bath villa is located on a very prestigious private development only 15 minutes from Disney and 25/30 minutes from all the other Orlando attractions including restaurants and shops.
The house sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Florida have to offer.
The villa is situated on a large corner lot and is very spacious with 3300 sq ft of living space inside. The house is very impressive, you can park 4 vehicles on the driveway.
There is a large open plan living room which has leather sofas, 60" TV, premium cable TV with an exclusive package which includes all movies and sports channels and patio doors leading onto the pool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all crockery, glasses for both inside and outside, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
The dining room has a table and six chairs, it can seat eight people if needed.
There are 2 large master bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a further 4 large spacious bedrooms, one of which is a mastersuite.

Master Bedroom 1 - US Kingsize bed - Mastersuite, 42" TV.
Master Bedroom 2 - US Kingsize bed - Mastersuite, 42" TV.
Master Bedroom 3 - US Kingsize bed - Mastersuite, 32" TV.

Bedroom 5 - Family bedroom, two US Queensize beds, 32" TV - sleeps 4.
Bedroom 6 - Disney bedroom, two double bunk beds, Disney bedding, comforters and wall art, and rug, sleeps 4.
The pool area is the biggest on the development and is truly magnificent. The large private pool faces south-west so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year. There is a large covered lanai that is 18ft x 10ft in size. There is a separate in ground spa.
The decking is 40ft x 35ft, so no matter how many guests are at the house, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. On the decking we have put luxury sunbeds with pads, reclining chairs with foot stools, table and chairs.
The rear garden/yard around the pool area is partly fenced in so you have a privacy and you are not overlooked from any other pools.
There is a games room that has in it a pool table and sofa's.
The villa has free high speed FOIS WiFi so you can use your devices within the villa or on the pool decking.
We also provide free of charge, high chairs and cribs/cots for you to use if you need them.
We are the owners of this house and we have been since it was built. We have tried to make 'Benoly Villa' that perfect vacation destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to speaking with you all very soon.

With traditional Floridian style open plan living, the villa offers a light bright and airy living space for all to enjoy.
With the Dining room offering seating for 8 guests (& two high chairs for younger members)
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and many more items. And there is a breakfast bar with stools for those who like to watch the chef of the family at work.
And there is a separate utility room with Washing machine, Dryer, Ironing board and Iron
The great Living/Family room with a 55" LCD TV, DVD player, CD player and VCR. Enjoy 300 TV channels and FREE UK football channels showing UK Barclays Premier League and all Scottish football, including a 3pm Saturday fixture
With ta brand new wrap around leather sofa this makes for a perfect place to gather all together or simply chill out.

Disney Themed with characters on the wall and with two bunk beds fitted with Disney themed linens.

The games room has a full-size pool table, dartboard, colour TV, DVD player, PlayStation, CD player and two large sofas.
Private Pool & Decking Area
The pool area is the biggest on the development and is truly magnificent.
The large completely private and fenced pool area faces south-west and enjoys the Floridan sun 365 days of the year.
As well as the huge 30 ft. pool there is a covered lanai, which gives you some welcome shade should you require it.
Relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, by day as well as by night - as the pool and decking area can be floodlit for evenings by the pool.
With all new Palm Casuals furniture, you will find plenty of are sun loungers, tables and chairs for all to enjoy this fabulous extension of an already large home.
